What are we looking for?

Experience partnering across the organization to analyses a range of internal & external data sources, drawing out key insights and forming recommendations on the basis of solid commercial knowledge and strong linkage to business strategy.A track record of successfully translating strategies into action and delivering results; comfortable presenting to and engaging with Sr. Leaders; proven ability to simplify and communicate complex concepts, strategies and tacticsProven functional/technical understanding in RTM/Sales Development/Distributor DevelopmentAstute commercial and financial skills with excellent organization agility, understanding the impacts of decisions on the P&L, with the ability to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.Strong interpersonal and analytical skills and ‘can-do’ attitude with strong influencing & problem solving capabilities; ability to challenge the status quo and identify continuous improvement opportunities

What will be your key responsibilities?National distributor management, responsible for developing national distributor development strategy; taking responsibility for DSV/DSV and Van management; cooperating with MWC DTR integration work stream as a team for solution design and deployment.Front line sales time in motion studyRTM coverage model upgrade, responsible for developing national RTM coverage model strategy; pushing RTM tools upgrade and system optimization; cooperating with TT/MT expansion work stream as a team for solution design and deployment.E-RTM model development, responsible for developing national E-RTM strategy; setting strategic cooperation with important B2B platforms and innovating our current RTM system.Channel strategy, responsible for developing China TT & Non-KA MT channel strategy, lead the channel expansion projects.Channel activation, responsible for cooperating with cross function team to work out proper channel activation and achieve building blocks within S&OP cycle.
