Role Title: Distributive Trade Transformation Ice Cream Project Management OfficerLocation: Mangahan, Pasig Employment Type: Project Based for 10 months Job Description: + Ensure that the project is successfully landed within the given time frame and resources. + Create tools and training deck for the distributor field team. + Must be able to lead, coordinate, and support the distributor team during the launch and post-launch of the project. + Must be willing to do fieldwork to conduct on-site trainings and trade visits. + Provide guidance, documentation, and tools to ensure that projects are executed on time, and within budget. + Assess the project performance and identify areas for improvement. + Monitor the project progress and create updates for the stakeholders. + Test newly deployed functionalities within the system. + Perform regular sanity testing to ensure systems are working as expected. + Address and resolve concerns from the stakeholders related to the project.
