Distribution Requirements Planner

The main objective of the Distribution Requirements Planner is to ensure the right inventory on hand of finished goods at the right place at the right time, by optimizing inventory with respect to backorders, inventory and stock cancellations.

What You Will Do: 

Coordinate daily inventory management across the logistics network to ensure the right stock is moved at the right time

Generate inventory projection based on Forecast and Capacities

Manage demand exceptions with demand managers/planners, logistics and supply planning manager

Ensure replenishment policies considering timing, exceptions, transit times, storage policies and safety inventories

Lead meetings with the various logistics teams on a daily/weekly basis to provide necessary visibility to the business and ensure inventory distribution


Minimum Qualifications:  

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Industrial EngineeringIntermediate/advanced skills in ExcelIntermediate EnglishProficient in Power BiMinimum 3 years of experience in planning positionsCommunication skills

Preferred Qualifications

Lean Six Sigma project experience and/or Green Belt Comfortable with navigating through some degree of uncertainty
