Distribution Lead I  Bilingual (fluent) in Spanish/English preferred Located in Hebron, KY   Schedule Available:  1st shift – 6am-2:30pm (Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat)  Earn $24.75/hr.  Weekly pay 2nd Shift – 3pm-11:30pm (Mon-Fri or Tues-Sat)  Earn $25.25/hr.  Weekly pay

 

Responsible for overseeing and optimizing daily facility activities, including inbound and outbound freight shipments, managing warehouse staff, and ensuring efficient and safe operations to achieve successful product distribution

Skills and Qualifications:
Leadership:
Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, delegate tasks effectively, and foster a positive work environment.
Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information and instructions.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
Organizational Skills:
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Attention to Detail:
Ability to pay close attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in operations.
Knowledge of Warehouse Operations:
Familiarity with warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics principles.
Safety Awareness:
Strong understanding of safety policies and procedures, and ability to ensure a safe working environment.
