This position in American Express Global Business Travel (Amex GBT) represents an exciting opportunity to work in the dynamic world of distribution, managing a portfolio of technology providers. This is a strategic role, where the successful applicant will be responsible for helping create and then drive execution of commercial strategies with GDS partners and other technology providers

The role sits on the supplier side of the organization, within the Global Business Partnerships (GBP) team. This team is a strategic component of the business model and value proposition for GBT, contributing significantly to revenue generation and customer value.

What You'll Do:

Work with Distribution Team’s leadership to create the distribution strategy globallyPartnering with GDS’s and other aggregators to ensure strong collaboration on distribution matters, alignment on goals and enhancing the overall offering to joint customersWork through content related issues and apply solutions as required to overcome challengesWorking with internal partners to ensure alignment & progress on key goalsDevelop commercial models to meet the evolving needs of the marketplaceEnsure costs are well managed and controlledDistill large data sets into actionable insights that drive strategy

The US national annual base salary range for this position is from $70,000 to $140,000.  The national range provided includes the base salary that GBT expects to pay for the role.  Actual base salary will be based on factors including the scope and complexity of the role and the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, knowledge, and work location.
