Dispatcher
Monitor CCTV Camera SystemDispatch Patrol Officers to LocationsAnswer Regular phones and Emergency phones.Monitor Alarm PanelsRespond to Radio callsWrite reportsProvide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business informationAccess Control Officer
Control access to the plant through gate operations, verifying credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.Checking Vehicle Passes to make sure the vehicles are allowed on propertyChecking Semi Trucks paperwork and directing them to the proper GateUnderstanding Marsec ( Maritime Security) ProceduresConduct Marsec Vehicle inspectionsProvide excellent Customer Service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assisting with directions and general business information Qualifications• Must be at least 18 years of age• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Able to meet physical essential functions of the job, which can include lifting 50+ lbs, completing foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, working in inclement weather
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a security officer
• TWIC Card preferred
Pay and Benefits:
