Looking for full time Dispatcher to work nights at Northwest Medical Center.

Monitors fire/intrusion alarms, multiple CCTV cameras of various campus locations including inside main facility, receives requests for security responses through telephone or voice pager and radio dispatches Security Officers. Maintains activity log for the assigned shift. Monitors and operates security computer program controlling the parking lot gates and facility lock down.

Education:

High School diploma/GED or equivalent experience preferred.

Experience:

One (1) year experience in security dispatch operations, call center operator, customer service or closely related multi-line phone experience.

License/Certifications:

Required: Valid Arizona Driver's License and American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification.
Preferred: Arizona Department of Public Safety Guard Card.
