Job Title: Maintenance Scheduler

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Dispatcher/Maintenance Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in scheduling, dispatching, and client interaction. This role involves scheduling and prioritizing maintenance, installation, and repair requests, as well as dispatching technicians to client sites based on geographical location and skill level. Over time, this position will evolve into an estimating role.

ResponsibilitiesSchedule and prioritize maintenance, installation, and repair requests.Dispatch technicians in real-time to client sites based on geographical location and required skill level.Interact with clients to ensure all scheduling needs are met.Perform data entry related to maintenance schedules and client interactions.Cross-train in creating maintenance proposals and estimating projects.Essential SkillsExperience in scheduling and dispatching.Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.Proficient in client interaction and communication.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in the services or construction industry.Knowledge of HVAC industry and terminology.Ability to be cross-trained in maintenance proposals and project estimating.Why Work Here?

Work Environment

The office comprises 12 people, and the candidate will need to be proficient in Outlook and the MS Suite. Expect a collaborative and supportive environment with opportunities for cross-training and professional growth.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of NEW CASTLE, Delaware.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
