Job Summary:  

The Dispatcher expedites communications and dispatches company personnel and/or vehicles. This role is responsible for logging, reporting and communicating all moments that require dispatching. 

 

Job Specifications:  

Expected Pay Range:  $20.00 -  $23.00

Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time 

Skill Level: Entry Level 

 

Job Responsibilities: 

Communicating effectively with guests, employees and managers in a positive, productive and efficient manner. Assist with general office and administrative duties, including but not limited to, scanning, mail retrieval, answering emails and phone calls in a professional, courteous manner. Manage the Dispatch System for On Demand Service “Downtowner” Take ownership of charter reservation for weddings, group events, and other charter service. Other duties as assigned.

 

 

Job Requirements:

High school diploma required, college degree preferred. Minimum 1 year of administrative experience preferred, but not required. Proficient knowledge in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Strong English written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively present information to guests, managers and other employees of the organization. Attention to detail, multitask oriented, professional mannerism, self-motivated, proactive, highly organized.

 

The expected pay range is $20.00 - $23.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
