Dispatcher

Under general supervision and according to established policies and procedures, operates a base radio station by dispatching Security and Parking personnel to emergency situations and/or requests for assistance and by monitoring all radio traffic for designated frequencies.  Responsible for providing the highest degree of security through the use of electronic surveillance equipment, voice activated intercom systems and multiple intrusion, panic and picture alarms.

Required Qualifications:

upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. 1 year Experience working in a customer service related environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Coursework/Training 30 hours or more of higher education coursework. Coursework/Training Documented customer service training. 1 year Dispatch experience, preferably with Security, Law Enforcement or Military Police.
