Overview Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Dispatch Manager to oversee distribution operations across multiple branches. This role involves fleet management, courier partner coordination, and driving customer satisfaction through efficient logistics.

 

Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred. Experience: 5-7 years in fleet or distribution management, ideally in last-mile delivery. Leadership: Proven ability to lead and manage teams across multiple branches. Skills: Strong operational oversight, cost control, and strategic thinking. Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working cross-functionally with sales, distribution, and couriers. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in logistics and fleet management software (WMS, TMS, Microsoft Dynamics). Other: Willingness to travel regularly within the region; flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities. Requirements

Distribution Strategy
Develop and implement distribution plans for multiple branches, optimizing fleet and courier operations to support sales and customer service objectives.

Fleet Management
Oversee a fleet of 54 vehicles, ensuring cost-effective utilization, safety, and reliability. Manage scheduling, routing, and maintenance.

Courier Partner Management
Negotiate and manage courier contracts, ensuring competitive rates, high service quality, and prompt issue resolution.

Sales Collaboration
Work with sales teams to align distribution capabilities with customer needs, ensuring timely deliveries and high satisfaction.

Cost Management
Monitor distribution costs, implement cost-saving measures, and prepare financial reports on fleet and courier expenditures.

Customer Service
Ensure accurate, timely deliveries and address service issues to maintain strong customer relationships.

Compliance & Safety
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a culture of health and safety within the distribution team.

Continuous Improvement
Drive innovation in logistics processes and technologies to enhance efficiency and stay competitive in the market.
