Job Description:

Location: Everett, Massachusetts

We are seeking a reliable and efficient Dishwasher and Light Kitchen Prep team member to support our food manufacturing operations. This role is vital in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth kitchen operations while assisting with basic food prep tasks. Join our team and contribute to the creation of high-quality products in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

– Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, pans, and equipment according to company standards.
– Ensure proper operation of dishwashing equipment and report maintenance issues as needed.
– Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station and kitchen environment.
– Comply with all health and safety regulations and food safety standards.
– Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients.
– Assemble and package simple food items or kits as needed.
– Stock and organize ingredients, tools, and supplies for efficient workflow.
– Help set up and break down workstations and equipment at the start and end of shifts.
– Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to the supervisor.
– Support other team members with tasks as directed to ensure timely production and operations.

Desired Background/Skills:

– Previous experience in dishwashing or food preparation is a plus but not required; on-the-job training provided.
– Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
– Strong attention to detail, organization, and cleanliness.
– Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment, preferred
– Understanding of basic food safety and sanitation guidelines, preferred

Other Information:

Hours: 2:00/3:00pm to 10:00/11:00pm, Monday -Friday
$16 per hour with internal growth opportunities
