**Job Title: Dishwasher (2nd Shift)** **Job Description** As a dishwasher, you will be responsible for ensuring all dishes and cutlery used in the restaurant are cleaned and sanitized properly. Additionally, you will assist with other tasks in the kitchen, including food preparation and maintaining cleanliness throughout the kitchen. **Responsibilities** + Collect all dishes, cutlery, and glasses. + Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glasses are properly sanitized before further use. + Clean kitchen tools and appliances properly before use. + Assemble food for patrons. + Help with cutting vegetables and food prepping. + Prepare takeout packages. + Clean kitchen floors, storage areas, and take out the trash. + Keep cupboards and storage areas clean and organized. **Essential Skills** + Experience in foodservice and cleaning. + Ability to handle food prep tasks. + Knowledge of food safety and proper sanitization procedures. + Capability to work in a fast-paced environment. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Previous experience as a line cook or in a similar role. + Familiarity with food service equipment. + Experience in the food industry, particularly in healthcare settings. **Why Work Here?** This role offers the opportunity to become a permanent employee after 520 hours.
