In this role, you will support the disaster recovery team in planning and implementing continuity and recovery plans to protect data and networks from security breaches or other kinds of disasters. Conduct research and analyses, perform audits and risk assessments, gather and analyze data from different departments, and develop training and learning materials for employees. Ensure business continuity, develop and implement disaster recovery plans, manage data backup and recovery processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to test and maintain recovery strategies and develop mitigation plans.
Responsibilities Manage the implementation of current infrastructure changes as they pertain to the disaster recovery environment between multiple data centers in the USMaintain compliance to NCUA and other regulatory agencies. Establish template documentation of Disaster Recovery (DR) test outcomes, issues encountered and implement regular post-test reviewsWork to integrate disaster recovery in other business and IT work streams such as Service NowDevelop and plan testing activities for IT business resumption plans, including on-site testing at disaster recovery siteIdentify and analyze the gaps in current DR plans to identify recovery resources requiredDevelop relationships between dependent parties to narrow the DR gaps, Infrastructure, application (business and technical) and operationsPerform risk analysis to identify points of vulnerability and recommend disaster avoidance and reductionOversee collaborative group meetings for technical design, problem solving and task implementationAnalyze critical functions and define the scope and impact of disaster scenariosAssist in the developing of the current application ranking with their Recovery Point Objectives (RPO), Recovery Time Objectives (RTO), and dependencies
Education:
Bachelors Degree - Business, Communications, Business, IT Management or Related - Minimum
Years of Experience:
4 Years - Analyst, Communications, Business, IT Roles or Related - MinimumUnderstanding of RPO and RTO
In Lieu of Education:

Compensation & Benefits:
Typical hiring range: $99,200 - $140,100 Annually. Actual compensation will be determined using factors such as experience, skills & knowledge.
