The disassembly position at Riddell is responsible for deconstructing the football helmets. Checks immediate assembly area for adequate supplies of sub-assemblies, parts, and fasteners for the disassembly area. Requests supplies through appropriate channels.  Responsibilities:Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required exterior finish on a product and any special options. Work with small hand tools.Requires heavy lifting.Removal of decals prior to taking the helmets apart.  Qualifications and Requirements:Manual dexterity for operating equipment and toolsFlexibility with schedule, ability to work mandatory overtime.Ability to think critically and solve problems. Benefits and Perks:$15.75 an hourMedical BenefitsReferral BonusesTraining & Growth Your New Organization:
