Position Purpose:

Must be able to direct and manage the operations and activities of a multidisciplinary team of techs, nurses and physicians in Surgical Services.  Responsible for the overall management of department’s daily operations to achieve quality improvement, fiscal, productivity, and patient satisfaction.  Responsible for meeting all requirements of regulatory bodies.  Collaborates with the Director of Marketing in the planning, marketing and new business development for the hospital’s surgical services.
