The\nDirector Project Financing is a critical role within the Honeywell Building\nAutomation (BA) team. This position is responsible for supporting the growth of\nthe Sustainability and Energy sectors in the U.S. regions. The successful\ncandidate will play a key role in maintaining the team's capacity to manage key\nfinancing programs and support the overall strategic objectives of the\nbusiness.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the sales efforts of Honeywell Project Financing Orders Targets across\nall strategic business groups.Work closely with the Honeywell sales team to identify opportunities and\nsupport their efforts.Conduct cashflow analysis, NPV, PV, and IRR calculations.Develop an annual sales and marketing plan in alignment with the\norganizational strategy and objectives.Demonstrate a strong understanding of project finance and infrastructure\ntransactions.Stay up-to-date with various financial products and rebates, and their impact\non energy efficiency projects for schools and municipalities.Utilize financial products such as SaaS, project financing structures,\nmunicipal leases, IRA Funding, operating leases, finance leases, and loan and\nsecurity agreements to enable sales for the business unit.Manage key customer account relationships within Honeywell.Research and understand competitor product offerings.Identify, assess, and qualify new business opportunities.Develop relationships with potential customers and partners of Honeywell.Seek out, target, and initiate contact with prospective customers.Prepare and submit expressions of interest, prequalification questionnaires,\nand proposals/bids for suitable opportunities.We Value:
