Director Sales Analytics
The Director Project Financing is a critical role within the Honeywell Building Automation (BA) team. This position is responsible for supporting the growth of the Sustainability and Energy sectors in the U.S. regions. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining the team's capacity to manage key financing programs and support the overall strategic objectives of the business. Key Responsibilities: + Support the sales efforts of Honeywell Project Financing Orders Targets across all strategic business groups. + Work closely with the Honeywell sales team to identify opportunities and support their efforts. + Conduct cashflow analysis, NPV, PV, and IRR calculations. + Develop an annual sales and marketing plan in alignment with the organizational strategy and objectives. + Demonstrate a strong understanding of project finance and infrastructure transactions. + Stay up-to-date with various financial products and rebates, and their impact on energy efficiency projects for schools and municipalities. + Utilize financial products such as SaaS, project financing structures, municipal leases, IRA Funding, operating leases, finance leases, and loan and security agreements to enable sales for the business unit. + Manage key customer account relationships within Honeywell. + Research and understand competitor product offerings. + Identify, assess, and qualify new business opportunities. + Develop relationships with potential customers and partners of Honeywell. + Seek out, target, and initiate contact with prospective customers. + Prepare and submit expressions of interest, prequalification questionnaires, and proposals/bids for suitable opportunities. We Value: + Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Business, Economics). + Proven experience in sales and project financing. + Strong understanding of financial analysis and calculations (cashflow analysis, NPV, PV, IRR). + Experience working with global banks and EX-IM Banks is helpful. + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Ability to work well within a team environment and share ideas. + Strong organizational and time management skills. + Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. + Knowledge of the Sustainability and Energy sectors is a plus.
