Key Roles & Responsibilities
Responsible for leading Real Estate Operations that support Company Owned and Authorized Retail stores across the United States.
Partners with Retail Operations leadership to support AT&T’s sales distribution strategy, which includes leading the execution of data analytics, budget management, site assessments, site acquisitions & dispositions, store design, store construction, facility management, security, risk management, fire life safety services, and disaster recovery.
Plans service levels and provides oversight/governance of real estate workflow processes, outsourced services, contract negotiations, contract management, and purchasing.
Collaborates with Global Real Estate peers to optimize services, processes, and systems.
Responsible for financial planning of operating expenses and capital investments. Manages an annual expense budget of ~$72M and capital budget of ~$80M.
Education: BS (MS preferred).
Experience: Requires at least 7 years of experience and supervisory experience.

This position is located in Dallas, TX.There is No Relocation assistance provided.
Our Director – Real Estate Operation earn between $143,800 - $215,800 of TSR. Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
