Create a product mentorship program pairing experienced PMs with junior team members and interested employees from other departments

Experience & Skills

15+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years in leadership roles Proven track record of building and scaling product teams, preferably in the Indian market Strong understanding of product development methodologies and best practices Experience working with global teams and adapting strategies for local markets Excellent communication skills with the ability to inspire teams and influence stakeholders Data-driven approach to decision making with strong analytical capabilities Experience establishing organizational processes and operational frameworks Experience working in the automotive industry for a US based company
