**Description** PeaceHealth is seeking a **Director PeaceHealth Medical Group Operations Behavioral Health Outpatient for a Full Time, 1.00 FTE, Day position.** The salary range for this job opening at PeaceHealth is $66.08 – $99.12. The hiring rate is dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to education, training, work experience, terms of any applicable collective bargaining agreement, seniority, etc. **Job Summary** Serves as the PHMG Network Behavioral Health Director responsible blending leadership, clinical oversight, business development, and community engagement to ensure the delivery of integrated behavioral health services across various outpatient settings. Key responsibilities and expectations for the role include clinical model development and implementation, business development and growth, compliance and quality oversight, stakeholder and community relations, leadership and staff oversight, fiscal management and viability, and organizational growth.This role requires a strong balance of clinical expertise, leadership, business acumen, and strategic vision to ensure that the Network provides high-quality, integrated behavioral health care that meets the needs of the communities it serves. This role reports to the PHMG Network VP of Operations. **Details of the Position** + Plans, develops, implements and evaluates trauma informed, evidence-based patient care programs, services and practice models including identification of business objectives, capital and other resource needs, expected operating revenues and expenses, allocation of space and organization of program personnel and other operation components. + Provides leadership in collaboration with physician dyad partner for operational effectiveness, clinical excellence and personnel management. Supervises managers and supervisors, leads, and caregivers for all PHMG services and programs across multiple geographies and multiple departments. + Creates and monitors infrastructure, systems, processes and standards to achieve desired outcomes in collaboration with medical directors and executive leadership. + Provides fiscal and business planning that promotes revenue enhancements and cost efficiency. Develops, implements and monitors operating and capital budgets. + Develops strategic and long-range plans for the effective implementation and operation of specific patient care programs and associated activities in collaboration with PHMG. + Directs recruitment, training and evaluation of personnel in a manner that encourages and maintains diversity and cultural competence and accountability. Establishes work plans and priorities for caregivers and take corrective action as needed in collaboration with PHMG. + Identifies and pursues opportunities within all sectors of care delivery (primary care, specialty, home health, and schools (as applicable) for effective integration of evidence-based, high quality behavioral health services, and lead transition to, and increased participation in, value-based integrated care models. + Implements and supports clinical processes that assure evidence-based care and patient safety. + Ensures regulatory compliance for all areas of responsibility. Monitors, communicates and works to improve patient, physician and caregiver satisfaction. + In alignment with established strategic initiatives, creates effective outreach programs in order to meet the needs of patients in secondary and tertiary market areas. + Provides leadership in collaboration with physician dyad partner to support continuous improvement efforts that promote clinical excellence, revenue enhancement and cost efficiency. Establishes and maintains collaborative relationships. + Performs other duties as assigned. **What You Bring** + Bachelor's Degree preferably in Business or Healthcare Management (Required) + Master's Degree (Preferred) + Minimum of 7 years' experience in behavioral health services (Required) and + Minimum of 5 years clinical supervisory and administrative management experience (Required) and + Minimum of 2 years leading CCBHC designated sites and budgeting/cost reporting experience (Required) (Oregon Network Only) **Skills** + Demonstrated leadership skills with a focus on team building and business management. (Required) + Knowledge of and experience with continuous improvement techniques and methodologies. (Required) + Demonstrated competence in financial and business planning, analysis and management. (Required) + Understanding of strategic planning processes and methodologies. (Required) + Proficient in the use of computers including MS Office applications. (Required) + Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. (Required) **Working Conditions** + Consistently operates computer and other office equipment. + Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. + Sedentary work. + Predominantly operates in an office environment and time spent on site in medical/hospital setting + Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information. + The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading.
