Working with and reporting to the CFO during the transition period, the Director of Finance and Administration leads the finance, accounting, treasury, taxation, and administrative functions for the company, and certain of its related parties and clients. After the transition period, the position will be reporting directly to the President. This position is responsible for financial and tax matters, shareholder relations, group administration, and office management. Related parties and clients include controlled operating companies, passive investments, an actively managed investment portfolio, an arm's length investment company, and the controlled main management services company.\r\n
