What will you be doing?

Wholesale is an integral part to Circana’s UK Retail strategy We are seeking a strong strategic thinker who can help define and accelerate Circana’s long term growth plans and strengthen our client partnerships and voice across the Wholesale industry. You will play a critical role in the Wholesale Strategy by driving the end-to-end aspects of Account Management. You will be a key member of the Wholesale and Convenience leadership team

You will work closely with key stakeholders to craft corporate, business unit and product strategy recommendations that can be implemented across own current Wholesale partnerships. The successful candidate will interact with the CEO, commercial, product and technology leaders.

 

Job Responsibilities

Reporting to the Senior Director of Wholesale & Convenience, you will be responsible for continued relationship investment and the partnerships we have with our wholesale clients Responsible for the management and delivery of analytics & insight growth, Design a marketing plan to elevate Circana to have wider exposure across Food Service, Retail & Wholesale . Raise the Circana Wholesale profile across the channel using sector insights, FWD & LinkedIn Develop multi-level relationships with the Wholesale customers to ensure long-term partnerships and remove barriers to achieving sales and achieving against the 2025 Retail Budget

Attend events where relevant – be a voice of our channel

Develop and leverage strong, collaborative relationships with external and internal stakeholders and work closely with other Circana functions and verticals to deliver against key responsibilities. Travel to client office (once a week as a minimum) and Circana main office (Bracknell).

Requirements

Deliver Wholesaler client strategic planning as part of the senior team which are insight focused Understand and interpret Wholesale data to communicate insights and opportunities Manage the wholesaler account plans, outlining the strategy for partnership development and revenue growth across the wholesale clients. Lead, coach and develop a high performing team to ensure a drive for success, innovative, adaptable thinking and efficiencies. Develop high performing and well-informed strategies that are customer orientated, focused on insight delivered and aligned to business strategy Deliver quarterly business reviews based on wholesaler data performance Coach and develop team members
