We are looking for an experienced and visionary Technical Director of Program Delivery to lead the successful execution of our technical projects and programs. You will have a technical background delivering complex programs on time and within budget. You will report to the VP, Partner Solutions Engineering & Service Management. What you'll do: + Lead and manage the delivery of technical programs and projects. + Develop and implement program strategies, ensuring agreement on organizational goals. + Oversee all technical aspects of program management, including resource allocation, risk management, and quality assurance. + Collaborate with teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to ensure seamless program delivery. + Work "across the aisle" to align dependencies with other teams to support the success of the program deliverables. + Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, promoting a culture of learning and improvement. + Monitor program performance and metrics, ensuring timely communication with partners. + Find and address potential risks, and develop solutions to address challenges. + Inspire creativity and process improvements to enhance program effectiveness. + Stay current with industry trends and best practices, ensuring we remain at the forefront of technological advancements. + Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. + 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or a related role, with a background in Project management, Software Development or Engineering. + Experience leading and delivering large-scale technical programs. + Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills to present at the senior executive level. + PMP, PgMP, or other relevant certifications. + Ability to partner with Finance to develop, track, and align program spending to budget. + Previous leadership experience managing a team of Technical Project Managers + Experience using Confluence, Asana, Jira, Figma, Lucid, Miro.
