Job DescriptionManage the daily operations of the spa, wellness, and recreation areas.Oversee spa treatments, wellness programs, and recreational activities to ensure high-quality guest experiences.Lead, train, and develop the spa and wellness team.Create and implement innovative wellness programs that cater to guest needs.Ensure cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of spa and recreation facilities.Develop and manage the department’s budget, aiming to meet financial targets.Foster collaboration with other departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction.

Qualifications5+ years of experience in a leadership role in spa or wellness management, preferably in a luxury resort.Strong knowledge of wellness trends, spa treatments, and recreation activities.Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to create a positive and guest-focused environment.Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus.
