Purpose of Role: Play a critical role in driving revenue growth, building strong customer relationships, and leading a high-performing sales team. This role will oversee the Motion Metrics (MM) commercial organization in North America including sales and technical support for the region. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership:Develop and implement (MM) sales plans, targets, and KPIs for the North American market.Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and collective goals.Foster a customer-centric culture and ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Market Strategy:Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities while executing strategies to expand market share and increase sales revenue.Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to align offerings with customer requirements.

Customer Relationship Management:Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners.Drive customer satisfaction and loyalty through effective communication and problem-solving.

Sales Operations:Manage sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting for MM.Monitor MM sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates.Collaboration:Work closely with other Sales Directors, regional and global teams to align sales strategies and share best practices.Collaborate with marketing, service, and technical support functions to enhance customer value.Safety FirstDemonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.Proven track record of successful sales leadership in industrial or mining equipment sectors.Must be willing to travel 50% of the time and live near an international airport.Must be permanently eligible to work in the US or Canada without sponsorship
