Beacon Hill has partnered with an electric generation and transmission non-profitcooperative located in Amarillo, Texas in their search for a Director of Regulatory and Market Affairs.

Qualified candidates are responsible for developing, coordinating, and managing market policy and regulatory activities in the Southwest Power Pool (SPP), Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT), Public Utility Commission of Texas, and the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC), as well as development and implementation of rate design and related regulatory requirements and advocacy opportunities.

A Bachelor's degree is required, and a Master's degree is preferred. A minimum of 10 years of industry experience in rate or regulatory policy, market, resoure planning, compliance or other electric utility or independent power producer operation. Candidates must have 5+ years of progressive people management experience as well.
