Director of Player Development (Korean Speaking)
Summary

Oversee all aspects of Korean Player Development.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities include

Overseeing the player development strategies and activities specific to the Korean market. Create an atmosphere that induces guests to make Fantasy Springs Resort Casino their choice for gaming entertainment.  Responsible for actively building and retaining guest relations and acts as a mentor to other team members in order to provide superior guest service. Provide outstanding customer service to guests and all other employees by exceeding our mission statement. Building and maintaining relationships with Korean-speaking guests coordinating events and creating personalized gaming experiences to enhance guest loyalty and satisfaction.

Supervisory Responsibilities                                           

Position does have supervisory responsibilities.

Must be 21 years of age. High School Diploma/GED/College Degree. Fluency in Korean and English, read and write required Five to seven years of prior experience in player development or a similar role within the casino industry. Strong knowledge of Korean culture and customs Understanding of gaming regulations and compliance Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays required Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
