Director of Platforms and Product - Hearst Global Solutions

The role also oversees Programmatic revenues for Hearst Global Solutions in both owned and operated and non-owned and operated environments in the complex Hearst global ecosystem.

ABOUT THE ROLE 
In this role you will be spearheading competitive growth plans, manage budgeting and forecasting for revenue opportunities, and drive innovations through programmatic direct channels. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional teams—including sales, creative, data analytics, and technology—to ensure the seamless execution of programmatic campaigns across the Hearst Global Solutions ecosystem.

Your role will involve working closely with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to understand their business goals and deliver innovative solutions that meet their needs, thereby enhancing Hearst's offerings and driving revenue. You will also manage trading desk relationships, support Hearst Global Solutions sales teams in programmatic meetings, and attend key industry events.

Additionally, you will identify and source new technologies and market propositions, direct and manage the development and implementation of new projects, and work with the US Ad Product team to coordinate product syndication. Collaborating with Finance, Legal, and other internal teams, you will implement new solutions and onboard new partners.

 

ABOUT YOU
We are looking for someone with skills across; client relationship management, collaborating across various business areas, and developing effective strategies. You will demonstrate strategic thinking and operational excellence, managing projects from inception to completion.

Negotiation, influencing, leadership, adaptability, and creativity are key for this role. Staying ahead of industry trends and committing to professional development is essential; you will work with data and insights to drive informed decisions.
