Scope of Responsibilities: Develops complimentary pharmacy products/solutions that can be sold to both internal (KPH) customers as well as to the external market.
Job Summary: The Director of Pharmacy Solutions will partner with other members of ProAct and KPH’s leadership team to develop complimentary new product offerings to ProAct and KPH’s existing lines of business. These products will include, but not be limited to formulary/rebate offerings, pharmacy analytics/reporting, white label solutions and cash card offerings.
ResponsibilitiesJob Duties:
Manage relationships to include contractual negotiations with upstream vendors for product offerings to include but not limited to Rebate GPO and Formulary Management partners.Monitors the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, issues, and risks in order to recommend tactical strategies.Develops product offerings to sell to downstream Vertex clients Develops market strategies and solutions for downstream Vertex clients. Analyzes rebate data to provide underwriting support for Vertex business and downstream clients.Develop and implement new PBM product offerings that can be branded and sold to the market.Develop and implement new pharmacy products offerings that can be utilized across KPH and sold to the market.Collaborate with strategic partnerships aimed at increasing salesParticipate in portfolio sales organization and initiativesDevelop and manage relationships with prospects from pre-proposal to closing of sale to meet short and long-term sales objectivesUtilize CRM and prospect tracking to enhance sales Analyze trends and develop strategies to drive market engagement Advise internal team of latest products, programs, and services Responsible for completing all mandatory and regulatory training programsPerform other duties as assigned QualificationsJob Skills Required:

Education:
Minimum: Bachelor’s Degree Preferred: Pharmacy Degree from an accredited College of PharmacyAt least five years of experience in the PBM or related industry

Compensation
$145,000-165,000.00 per year.
The final offer will be determined after careful consideration of multiple factors such as relevant skills, years of experience, and education.
