Job DescriptionYou will be one of the key Leaders on properties for Anantara Mai Khao Phuket Villas. From business planning to team member engagement strategy to learning and development compensation and benefits to communication, the management team will look to you to take the lead. You will be involved in not only managing the People & Culture function but ensuring the success of the operation through effective business planning, talent management and performance monitoring. You will be responsible for ensuring the wellbeing of our team members throughout their journey.
QualificationsAt least Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or any related fieldsAt least 5 years experiences in international companies with evidence tracked record of achievements.Strong in inter-personal and communication skills.Proficiency in English and computer literateStrong in driving results and people management and developmentFluency in Thai to ensure effective communication with clients and team members.Familiarity with Thai cultural practices and nuances to enhance working quality and team member experiences.Experience in the hospitality or service industry, preferably with exposure to Thai.
