Director of Managed Print Cloud Service Program
**Job Summary** This role is responsible for leading the strategic planning, management, and delivery of HP Managed Print Cloud Services (MPCS) portfolios across their lifecycle. The role includes aligning solutions with pricing strategies, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining compliance with governance and regulatory frameworks. A key focus is driving revenue and margin contributions, maintaining customer feedback loops, and ensuring continuous program enhancements to deliver business value. The Program & Project Lead will assist in aligning the team with the overall HP Solutions leadership and strategy direction and define and execute a clear vision for MPCS, supporting customer business transformation and delivering tangible outcomes. This role requires collaboration across regions and global teams to develop innovative solutions, establish scalable processes, and ensure readiness for sales through robust business cases and marketing collaterals. With a focus on governance, compliance, and cloud services delivery, the role has a critical impact on HP's services business and customer success. **Responsibilities** + **Customer Lifecycle Management:** Lead the planning and management of MPCS portfolios throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with pricing strategies, seamless end-to-end delivery, readiness for sales, and governance and compliance certification requirements. + **Revenue and Margin Leadership:** Drive portfolio revenue and margin contributions, leveraging customer feedback to inform enhancements and ensuring profitability while addressing evolving customer and market needs. + **Vision and Transformation:** Define and execute the function's vision, enabling customers' business transformation and realizing tangible business value through their IT and cloud services investments. + **Sales Enablement and Collaterals:** Collaborate with product development teams to incorporate service requirements into product lifecycle stages, including warranty support, cost analysis, and the development of governance-compliant sales marketing collaterals and business cases. + **Program Enhancements & Roadmap:** Lead initiatives to enhance MPCS offerings, incorporating governance frameworks, compliance standards, and innovative capabilities into the solution roadmap to support HP's SaaS and contractual print sales strategies. + **Customer Feedback Loop:** Maintain a structured feedback loop with markets and customers to inform product and program improvements, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations. + **Consultation and Process Development:** Work with market teams to establish scalable processes and consult on program execution to drive consistency and efficiency in delivery and reporting. + **Management Reporting:** Establish and refine reporting structures to provide clear visibility into program performance and ensure alignment with HP's strategic goals. + **Cross-Functional Leadership:** Utilize technical and business acumen to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives with significant impact on MPCS, governance, and compliance services. + **Mentorship and Team Development:** Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering skill development and ensuring operational success. **Skills & Qualification** + Proven experience in program and project management, with a focus on SaaS, cloud services, or compliance-based offerings. + Strong knowledge of governance and compliance standards, such as ISO 27001, 27701, SOC2, HIPAA, GDPR, and the ability to integrate these into product and program strategies. + Expertise in creating sales enablement tools, marketing collaterals, and business cases to support portfolio growth. + Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional and global teams. + Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive business performance improvements and innovative program enhancements. This role is essential to maintaining and enhancing HP Managed Print Cloud Services, ensuring continuous value for customers, alignment with regulatory standards, and readiness for future business opportunities. The base pay range for this role is $153,950 to $246,350 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).
