As our Director of Key Accounts, you will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, Diversity, Food & Health, NA. You will develop strategies to grow our relationships with key clients. We are looking for someone with understanding of our food processing industry. On a given day, you may: Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts. Be the primary contact and ensure excellent customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve our goals. Identify opportunities for growth and work with our teams to develop solutions. Oversee the sales process for key accounts, including negotiations, contract management, and deal closures, while achieving sales targets. Manage a team of 5-7 Key Account Managers by setting clear goals, offering regular feedback, and creating a supportive team environment. Requirements for the role Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field, required. Build and use a professional network within the food processing and capital equipment industries to lead business development. Minimum of 10 years of experience in account management, in the food processing or Capital Equipment industry. 5 years in a leadership role. You must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future. Travel & Location You will be fully remote, and we ask that you travel approximately 25% to 50%. COMPENSATION RANGE: $145,000.00 to $170,000.00+Commission. Compensation is determined on experience and skill. Why work at JBT ...
