Director Of Key Account Operations

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Leadership: Serve as the primary liaison for national accounts operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery and addressing operational inquiries. Operational Strategy: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and service teams to develop and implement operational strategies that enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction. Capital Planning: Survey and cultivate leads to provide detailed capital planning for national customers. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of operations specialists, promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Project Coordination: Oversee the execution of large-scale projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to safety and quality standards. Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, operational metrics, and customer feedback to senior management .Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to account operations, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to service and maintaining high customer satisfaction levels. Training & Development: Develop and implement training programs for team members to enhance their operational knowledge and skills specific to the elevator industry.

·         Operations à maintenance compliance ·         Major Project Billing ·         Repair lead generation / capital planning ·         MOD progress ànd customer satisfaction ·         Testing / inspections ·         Building surveys ·         Track shutdowns ·         Liaison between branch operations and Key Account customers ·         Maintenance work orders ·         Callback workorders ·         MOD lead generation / capital planning ·         Support repair growth initiatives

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience within the elevator or related industries. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive data-informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships with clients and internal teams. Proficiency in CRM and project management software; familiarity with elevator systems and technologies is advantageous. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
