Pay Range: $150,000 – $165,000 / year

The Job: As t he Information Technology (IT) Director you will provide vision and leadership for developing and implementing information technology initiatives spanning the agency’s hardware, telecommunications, productivity software, storage, cybersecurity and campus security systems. You will take a “hands on” approach to solving specific user issues and will share in the coverage of office hours, making yourself available to meet with frontline staff and provide solutions.

The Core Duties:
+ Provides direction for implementation, daily operation, support, integrity, and security of the technology, network and data that supports and enables the business operation.
+ Partners with all functional areas of the agency and implements IT solutions to support the agency’s strategy and growth and improve overall efficiencies. Assists with training when needed.
+ Manages RFP processes and oversees IT contracts including service, software, licensing, support, hardware and lease agreements.
+ Creates and implements technology strategies and processes for information security, regulation compliance, disaster recovery, business continuity, enterprise infrastructure and business applications.
The Essentials:
+ Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems Management or related field
+ 7+years of experience managing information systems and technology resources
+ At least 3 years of management experience
+ Strong technical background in multiple disciplines including: SAAS, IAAS, Cloud Technologies, VMare, Office 365, MS Windows/OS X Environment, MS SQL, Database Architecture, Kaseya, Zendesk, NetSuite, Network Architecture and Topology, FortiGate Firewall, Enterasys, Quantum Backup, ShoreTel/Cisco Telephony PBX and Information Security.
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate information clearly (written and oral)
+ Demonstrates strong analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
+ Strong project management and negotiation skill set
+ Ability and desire to work independently and as a team member with the community and staff
+ Positive, upbeat and enthusiastic about working in a non-profit environment
