Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute an enterprise-wide IT strategy aligned with Wells Lamont’s business goalsOversee the implementation, integration, and support of core business systems, including ERP, CRM, and supply chain technologiesLead cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring data integrity, privacy, and compliance with industry standards and regulationsCollaborate with key stakeholders across departments to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovationManage and mentor IT team members, fostering professional growth and performance excellenceEvaluate and implement cloud infrastructure solutions (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS) to support scalability and remote accessDirect IT support services, ensuring high availability, uptime, and customer satisfactionMaintain strong relationships with third-party vendors and service providersLead disaster recovery and business continuity planning and testingEstablish key metrics and reporting tools to monitor system performance, security, and ROI of IT investmentsSupport IT needs related to manufacturing and distribution centers, including network infrastructure and IoT systemsKey Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent industry experience.10+ years of experience in IT roles, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or director-level positionProven experience managing IT operations across multiple locations or facilities, ideally within manufacturing or industrial environmentsDeep knowledge of enterprise applications, ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar), and systems integration best practicesDemonstrated experience in cloud architecture, infrastructure modernization, and SaaS deploymentStrong knowledge of cybersecurity principles, compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001), and risk mitigation strategiesHands-on experience with IT budgeting, vendor negotiations, and contract managementExcellent leadership, team-building, and interpersonal skillsStrategic thinker with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutionsExperience in M&A system integrations and IT due diligence is a plusTravel Requirements:
Regular travel within the United States and Canada is requiredTravel will include visits to regional offices, manufacturing and distribution sites, and partner locations. Estimated travel is 25–35%, based on project and operational needs.
Pay Range:
