Director of Human Resources
Description We are seeking a dynamic Director of Human Resources to lead and enhance our human resources functions, aligning strategies with organizational goals while fostering a positive workplace culture. This role is ideal for a seasoned HR professional with a passion for leadership, employee engagement, and strategic HR management. Key Responsibilities Leadership & Strategy + Develop and implement HR strategies in alignment with company objectives. + Lead and manage the HR team, advising senior leadership on HR initiatives. + Build strong relationships with department heads to align HR efforts with business goals. Employee Relations + Resolve complex employee relations issues and promote a positive company culture. + Ensure consistency and clarity in company policies and procedures. Recruitment & Talent Management + Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies. + Implement career development and succession planning initiatives. Compensation & Benefits + Manage competitive salary structures and benefits programs. + Ensure fairness and compliance in compensation practices. Training & Development + Lead employee training and professional development efforts. + Evaluate training program effectiveness and recommend improvements. Compliance & Performance Management + Ensure compliance with labor laws and workplace safety regulations. + Drive a high-performance culture through effective appraisal and feedback systems. Requirements Qualifications: + Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred. + Experience: 7+ years in HR, including 3+ years in a leadership role. Experience in organizations with 150+ employees preferred. + Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR preferred. + Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
