Serve as the primary HR leader for the corporate office, reporting into executive leadership.Collaborate with HR Directors across other business units to align HR practices for employee engagement, recruiting, and management development.Lead and support enterprise-level HR initiatives like LMS deployments, workforce analytics and compliance audits.Partner with department managers to define hiring needs, create job descriptions, and manage recruitment strategies and processes including resume reviews and background checks.Use Workday and other tools to forecast workforce trends and support headcount planning and budgeting.Act as the escalation point for complex or sensitive employee relations issues.Support managers with performance review cycles, coaching, and employee development planning.Develop and implement engagement initiatives that support employee well-being and retention.Work with a centralized payroll and benefits team to ensure accurate, timely processing of pay and benefits.Leverage Workday HRIS to manage employee records, workflows, performance data, and reporting needs.Identify and implement process improvements using technology to streamline administrative HR functions.Build dashboards and reports to support leadership decision-making with actionable people data.Drive innovation in HR through the adoption of data-driven insights, automation, and forward-thinking policies.
