Director of GenAI Literacy

**About this role:**
Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Generative AI (GenAI) Literacy. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and integration of GenAI technologies across the organization. The Director will oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive training programs and AI literacy strategies, ensuring that the team effectively supports the enterprise's GenAI initiatives.
**In this role, you will:**
+ Lead and manage a team of GenAI Literacy Consultants, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
+ Develop and implement training programs that enhance the understanding and utilization of GenAI technologies across various departments.
+ Create and execute communication strategies to promote the benefits and usage of GenAI solutions.
+ Collaborate with solutions engineering leads and GenAI product owners to prioritize platform capabilities and enhance training and communication efforts.
+ Measure the impact of training programs and communication strategies, ensuring they drive self-service use case delivery while maintaining consistency and standards.
+ Partner with the GenAI Lifecycle Management and Governance team to ensure smooth transitions from use case exploration and proof of concept to development and deployment.
+ Oversee key GenAI solutions to ensure smooth delivery of commitments aligned with strategic product priorities and remove any blockers or impediments.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of Technology Strategic Leadership experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
+ 4+ years of management or leadership experience
+ Proven experience in developing and implementing training programs and communication strategies, preferably in a technology or AI-focused environment.
+ Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies and their applications.
+ Ability to measure and analyze the impact of training and communication efforts.
+ Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
**Desired Qualifications:**
+ Experience consulting on generative AI options to build a comprehensive roadmap
+ Exposed to Gen AI for business applications, particularly in the financial services industry
**U.S. Only - Pay Range:**
+ New York City-Pay Range: $207,900.00 - $431,900.00 USD Annual
