We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative leader to join our Leadership Committee as the Director of Food Beverage at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives. This role is pivotal in crafting exceptional and intimate guest experiences while bringing our purpose of care to life in every guest and colleague interaction. As the Director of Food Beverage, you will oversee and lead all Food Beverage operations, ensuring a seamless, high-quality service that aligns with our luxury standards. This hands-on role requires a keen eye for detail, innovation, and a passion for creating memorable culinary experiences. The position will be directly reporting to the General Manager
Responsibilities:
Lead, oversee, and continuously elevate the Food Beverage operations across all restaurants, bars, in-villa dining, and special dining experiences.Ensure all outlets align with Alila’s luxury hospitality standards, delivering seamless service, culinary excellence, and memorable guest experiences.Develop and implement innovative dining concepts, seasonal menus, and signature experiences that resonate with international luxury travelers.Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and sustainability, ensuring compliance with local regulations and brand guidelines.Curate unique and intimate dining journeys tailored to guests' preferences, emphasizing personalization and attention to detail.Consistently assess and improve guest satisfaction, analyzing feedback to enhance the overall dining experience.Build, mentor, conduct regular training programs and empower a high-performing FB team, fostering a culture of learning, development, and excellence.Drive profitability, cost efficiency, and revenue growth while maintaining world-class quality.Lead the annual budget planning, forecasting, and financial strategy in collaboration with the General Manager and Director of Finance.Analyze market trends, guest preferences, and industry innovations to develop strategic pricing models and revenue-generating initiatives.Implement cost control measures, supplier negotiations, and inventory management to optimize financial performance.Develop and execute a comprehensive Food Beverage marketing and PR strategy in collaboration with the resort’s marketing team.Strengthen the resort’s culinary identity through engaging promotions, events, and collaborations with renowned chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists.We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and creative leader to join our Leadership Committee as the Director of Food Beverage at Alila Kothaifaru Maldives.
