Founded in 2016, Tube Supply provides quality steel tube and bar in alloy, stainless, and carbon for oil and gas applications, including drilling, completions, production, and downhole tools.  Our steel tubular and bar products are tailored specifically to meet the demands of the oil and gas industry, including high pressure, high temperature (HPHT) and sour (H2S) well environments. Tube Supply clients are leading oil and gas service companies, OEMs, and manufacturing centers spanning as far as Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States.

Responsibilities

Description of Responsibilities:

Lead all financial functions including accounting, tax, treasury, financial planning, and credit and collections for the company, current and future divisions.Partner with the management team to develop proactive and innovative financial planning strategies for implementation across the company, with a particular focus on location and product line metrics.Prepare concise management reports that will allow senior management to properly assess the performance of the divisions and locations and develop financial scorecards that clearly describe how each division and location is performing against goals.Manage treasury and cash flow; optimize banking relationships and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions while ensuring a minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs; develop and manage a foreign exchange and hedging function that ensures a positive return on investments and further supports cash flow needs.Lead the financial aspects of due diligence for potential acquisition targets, ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic growth plans; assist in complex financing that may arise from future acquisitions.Evaluate all financial and accounting systems, controls, and standards, and ensure policies and procedures are in place to produce accurate and timely financial and statistical reports.Manage the company’s yearly external audit.Lead data team to develop metric-based reports for departments throughout the company.Issue standalone and consolidated financial statements on a timely basis to all company stakeholders and managementProtect company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.Manage the Accounting and Finance personnel both domestically and internationally.Stay up to date on changing tax and audit regulations to ensure that the company is compliant.Maintain documented system of accounting policies and operations.Oversee payments of all accounts and ensure that all accounts are paid on time.Manage receivables, process accounts, and collect customer paymentsHandle company’s cash management, including bank reconciliations and cash flow forecasts Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience:

Exemplifies Tube Supply’s values of Excellence, Loyalty, and Fun.A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related business degree is required with an M.B.A. or C.P.A. preferred.A minimum of 10 years of sophisticated experience in finance, accounting, and administration roles, ideally in a multi-location, distribution environment, including substantive experience as a member of a senior management team.Extensive financial planning and analysis experience in a multi-location, multi-business organization.Leadership and organizational management skills including team building and staff supervision; proven success recruiting, mentoring, managing, and developing staff.Self-motivated, innovative personality and a roll-up-your-sleeve mentality; hands-on yet can see the bigger picture.Strong work ethic and strong sense of ownership of the company’s reputation and business strategy.Experience working in foreign currencies.
