Description We are currently seeking a Director of Finance based in Vero Beach, Florida for our client. The Director of Finance will play a pivotal role in offering financial advice to management, optimizing capital and cash flow, and leading a high-performing finance team. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who is capable of driving the long-range financial plan, ensuring compliance and governance, and leading continuous improvement projects. Responsibilities: • Provide actionable insights to support decision-making across functions and geographies. • Foster a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and accountability within the finance team. • Maintain and benchmark Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for finance, operations, and logistics. • Oversee the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. • Manage cash conversion cycle, liquidity planning, and cash flow forecasting. • Ensure adherence to corporate policies, internal controls, and compliance standards. • Oversee statutory financial and tax reporting in alignment with IFRS and US GAAP. • Conduct variance analysis (actual vs. forecast, budget, prior year). • Implement process and system improvements for efficiency and accuracy. • Lead continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency and profitability.
