The Director of Finance prepares, reconciles, and analyzes financial and accounting information with an emphasis on consolidating financial statements and reporting to parent Company.

Responsible for all aspects of accounting, including journal entries month end review and internal controls.All purse accounting, including journal entries, weekly purse structure review and distribution, entry of weekly purses into the database and reconciliation’s of purse accounts.Assist with budget preparations and planning.  Responsible for money room and vault audits and staff supervision.Responsible for all banking and company credit card transactions. Responsible for capital expenditure.Responsible for sales tax reporting and audit.End of month entries and reconciliations as necessary.Responsible for reforecasts and analytics.Provide purchasing oversight and companywide approvals.Responsible for Intercompany expenditures processing.General accounting and reporting duties as assigned.Fixed Asset management including sub-ledger and monthly depreciation.Responsible for final review and closing of general ledger.Prepares daily cash management activity. Prepares monthly financial reporting packages for senior management.Responsible for payroll bank reconciliation.Responsible for 945 tax filings and quarterly mandatory filings.Reviews monthly variance analysis and prepares reconciliations for assigned accounts.  Prepares adjusting entries to clear reconciling items.Prepare daily detailed financial report based upon attendance, handle and operating expenses. Bachelor’s Degree required.CPA license required.5-10 years prior accounting experience.Good interpersonal and communication skills. Knowledge of accounting practices and principlesWorking knowledge of general ledger systems STAY IN THE GAME. FOLLOW US.
