We currently have a great opportunity for an Director of Digital & IT Strategy based at our corporate headquarters in Lisle, Illinois.

Responsibilities

 

Strategic Vision and Execution:Define and implement the vision, strategy, and roadmap for integrated digital platformsAlign digital platform initiatives with the organization’s strategic goals and objectivesLead digital innovation initiatives across TRATON and CDIOTrack IT’s key performance indicators

 

Financial / Budget ManagementMaintains overall budget and financial forecasting for International IT and Digital, including 2-speed / VC-style funding mechanisms

Collaboration and Innovation:Partner with business units, IT teams, and external stakeholders to identify and prioritize digital solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and profitabilityFoster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvementPortfolio / Project (PMO) Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital platform projectsManage budgets, resources, risks, and governance to ensure successful project outcomesPerformance / Impact Monitoring:Track, measure and maintains overall portfolio and prioritization across IT, including in support of 2-speed and co-innovation priorities Communicate results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholdersMaintains planned and actual roadmaps/schedules and budgetsTalent Development:Lead and mentor a team of digital platform professionals.Develop and nurture an external innovation ecosystem for International.

 

Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degreeAt least 11 years of digital transformation experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

OR

Master’s degreeAt least 9 years of digital transformation experienceAt least 6 years of management experience

OR

At least 14 years of digital transformation experienceAt least 6 years of management experience Additional Requirements Qualified candidates, excluding current International Motors employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
