Our client, a public charter school, is seeking a direct-hire Director of Development to join their team!

The Job:

Lead the development of grant strategies that are aligned with funding needs.Draft grant proposals, inquiry letters, project concepts, and reports.Coordinate prospecting, review opportunities, and develop proposals.Project manage and delegate tasks to streamline processes.Handle all administrative aspects of grant writing, fundraising, and documentation.

About You:

A bachelor's degree is required.7+ years of relevant development experience in a nonprofit setting are required.Experience with fundraising software and CRMs is required.Experience in a K12 sector is desired.Creative problem-solver with technological savviness.Strong proposal, research, and reporting skills.

About the Position:

$100K-$125K, depending on experience.On-site 5x/week in Washington, DC.
