ABOUT THIS ROLE
In this role, you will lead the CS Value support strategy and execution of Audible's expansion into the Amazon channels. You will be responsible for creating innovative solutions that unlock collaboration and business development needs while supporting Audible's growth in the Amazon ecosystem. This is exciting opportunity to shape innovative customer-focused programs to drive strong business metric via Amazon retail, Amazon hardware, and Amazon Businesses.Your mission is to help transform how both organizations unlock strategic synergies leveraging audio content, making Audible an essential part of the Amazon ecosystem while creating new revenue streams through proprietary channels.
As a Director of CS Business Value & Operations, you will...
- Establish a framework to define performance metrics, business planning and road mapping exercise for the global CS initiatives in partnership with PMO team
- Drive the operating rhythm and cadence of the team, through establishing and running effective meetings, such as MBRs, QBRs, etc. and ensure that CS leadership team and other key stakeholders are informed on the state of the business with digestible insights
- Foster strong partnerships with business groups, product, engineering, finance, design, project management, legal and other internal teams to deliver programs globally
- Leverage Amazon eco-system to provide Amazon/Audible customers with a delightful, seamless, experiences that drive value add behaviors (acquisition and revenue generation activities), such as defining the overall strategy for Audible Retail, Audible for Business, and others
- Partner with Amazon/Audible Business teams to leverage existing relationships and infrastructure
