Position Overview
In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and right-hand to the Global Head of Total Rewards. This role is designed to provide high-level support in planning, communication, and execution of key initiatives across the Total Rewards function.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Execution:
Assist the Global Head of Total Rewards in developing and executing strategic plans. Ensure alignment of Total Rewards initiatives with the broader organizational objectives. Track and monitor the progress of key initiatives and projects, providing regular updates and insights. Lead financial budgeting and collaborate with the Total Rewards Leadership Team on holistic workforce planning, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with organizational goals.
Communication and Liaison:
Serve as a primary point of contact and liaison for the Global Head of Total Rewards with key internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate communication and information flow within the Total Rewards team and across other functions, skillfully navigating organizational dynamics and fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on strategic priorities. Work with the Total Rewards Leadership team to prepare presentations, reports, and other communication materials as needed for the Global Head of Totall Rewards.
Operational Support:
Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and initiatives with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. Anticipate needs and proactively address them to maximize the effectiveness of the Global Head of Total Rewards.
Team Leadership and Development:
Mentor and support members of the Total Rewards team. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in Human Resources, Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or a related field. Prior experience in a Chief of Staff role or similar capacity is highly desirable.

Compensation Range Transparency: SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAP’s commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is 142,500 - 327,100 USD. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range, dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education, skills, experience, scope of the role, location, etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
