Ayer Neuroscience Orthopedics and Tallwood UrologyPosition SummaryThe Director providing expertise across a variety of spend and operational categories is the administrative leader for the system wide Value Analysis program and is responsible for meeting the financial targets of the organization Fostering collaboration between Supply Chain clinical staff and hospital administrative leaders the Director will facilitate and maintain system wide Value Analysis committees across major spendusage categoriesKey AccountabilitiesResponsible for the direction and leadership of operational financial programmatic and employee related activities for Clinical Quality Value AnalysisResponsible for identifying evaluating and implementing opportunities to reduce cost increase revenue and improve quality outcomesBuilds and maintains strong effective relationships within clinical teams and Executive leadership to drive expense management and quality improvementsDevelops initiative pipeline and supports Clinical Care Redesign initiatives to meet financial and quality targets of the organizationDirects multiple projects and tasks in a fast paced environment that includes strong organizational in a healthcare leadership role within an acute care setting is requiredValue Analysis experience is requiredSeven plus years with Nursing or Physician experience is strongly preferredExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to use Microsoft Excel and other data analysis toolsStrong understanding of supply use in clinical environmentHighly effective analytical organizational
