As the Director of Change Management at Hanger, you will play a pivotal role in driving organizational change by building and leading a team of dedicated Change Agents. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and develop a new capability that focuses on fostering organizational adoption of new processes, systems, and cultural shifts. This capability is essential for achieving our ambitious transformation agenda. You will oversee the recruitment, training, and professional development of your team, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and tools to effectively manage change initiatives. By providing strategic direction and hands-on leadership, you will ensure that the Change Agents can successfully drive adoption and implementation of change across the organization, ultimately contributing to our long-term success and growth.

Your Impact Develop a comprehensive approach for managing change across our strategic initiatives, leading the change management agents to support these efforts.Build, develop, and manage a team of change agents to assist in implementing change management initiatives.Create change management methodologies, tools, and templates to support key programs, with the assistance of change management agents.Develop and maintain a Change Management Framework that outlines best practices, tools, and guidelines.Educate and train leaders on the benefits of effective change management and how to sponsor and lead change, guiding change management agents in these activities.Collaborate with the EPMO to establish implementation, change management, and communication plans within enterprise project management efforts that address the people side of change.Design training materials and communication templates for HR Business Partners and applicable Business Leaders to effectively support their client groups during change initiatives.Formulate a change management strategy and plan by identifying the desired change outcomes, assessing the organization’s capacity to change, defining leadership and governance requirements for successful change, outlining change journeys for different stakeholder groups, and determining interventions to guide stakeholders through their change journey.Own the end-to-end execution of change management for our transformational programs, in partnership with Executive Leaders, the Learning and Development Teams, and change management agents.Measure and track change progress, stakeholder positions on the change curve, and implement corrective actions as needed, coordinating with change management agents. Minimum Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, Human Resources, or a related field.Master's degree preferred.Change management certification (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) is highly desirable.Minimum of 10 years of experience in change management roles, including at least 5 years in a leadership or management position.

 

Experience

Proven experience in change management, organizational development, or a related field.Demonstrated success in leading and managing large-scale change initiatives.Experience in building and leading a team of change management professionals or agents.Experience in strategic planning and execution.
