As a Director of Business User Learning Insights in Worldwide Learning, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of education for business users whose roles are being transformed by AI. Leveraging your deep expertise about how current and next generation business users learn globally, you will drive a unified Microsoft approach to create and land comprehensive and engaging learning content for business users around the world. You will hone your cross-company leadership capabilities while collaborating with multiple organizations across Microsoft to scale effectively. You will grow your people leadership skills as you establish a new and high-performing team. This role is flexible in that you will be able to partner with your manager to define the way that you’d like to work, whether that is in the office or from home. You will travel to Redmond (if not Redmond-based) and around the world for internal and external meetings.
